1on1 Boxing Sessions and Personal Training is provided on a by appointment only basis, and are always scheduled to your convenience. Slots fill up fast,
Hours to book a session are:
· Monday thru Friday 6am to 9pm
· Saturday 8am to 2pm

Kickboxing Boot Camps

An integrated kickboxing session that uses traditional training techniques derived from the martial arts along with modern personal training techniques based on proven exercise science. This multi-level, multi-impact fitness boot camp requires no prior boxing or martial arts experience. These Sessions are provided on a by appointment only basis.

Kids Boxing Sessions

Introducing your child to boxing when they are young will teach them many very important life skills and also help kids learn how to stand up for themselves, and give them confidence that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.
