Each 1on1 Personal Training Program begins with an evaluation in which you and your personal trainer will determine which areas of your body need improvement. Your personal trainer will then help you identify which training program is right for you.

Weight Loss
Designed for reducing body fat. This program includes cardiovascular and strength training to increase your metabolism. It will burn fat while improving muscular development.
Body Sculpting
Designed to strengthen your body from the inside out. Body Sculpting starts with your core. This personalized exercise program consists of stabilization, strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training.
Sports Conditioning
Designed to improve your skills in basketball, football, running, and many others. This intense program focuses on strengthening sport related movements. 1on1 Personal Training incorporates several aspects of training including agility, strength, cardiovascular, plyometrics, and circuit training.
Bodybuilding
Complete muscular hypertrophy. The Bodybuilding program incorporates all aspects of muscular strength, endurance, and power training; split into 2 phases (bulking phase and cutting phase). If adding serious mass is your goal then this is the program for you.

Each hour long session is an intense training experience focusing on cardiovascular endurance, muscle building and muscular endurance. You will also receive a cardio program with specific instructions in relation to your fitness goals.

Your personal trainer will also help you with diet and nutritional planning, providing you with a custom-made diet plan that compliments your training regime.
